Many supplements rely on vitamin D alone. ODAK 3+ pairs it with vitamin K2 MK7, its natural partner, for a more complete approach to bone health.

Vitamin D3 is known for its role in immunity, but that's only part of its job. It also contributes to normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and to the maintenance of normal bones. Put simply, it helps calcium get into the body.

That's where vitamin K2 comes in. It also contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, by helping to activate proteins involved in bone metabolism, such as osteocalcin. The two vitamins therefore act at two different stages of the same process. Taking one without the other only does half the job.

  • Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) : this is the form your skin naturally produces in the sun, and the one we often lack at our latitudes, especially in winter.
  • Vitamin K2 as MK7 : this is the form of K2 that stays in the body the longest. A single daily dose is therefore enough.
